BELLEAIR BLUFFS – The Thorn Collection of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate knows that when life gives you lemons, make lemonade!
The Thorn Collection held their 8th Annual Lemonade Stand to raise money for the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation on Thursday, September 12th. Their children and grandchildren were the expert sales people and they served delicious lemonade to all that contributed.
The National Pediatric Cancer Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to fundraising for research to eliminate childhood cancer. Did you know that only 4% of the National money that goes to Cancer Research is used for Pediatric Cancer yet 43 children a day are diagnosed with cancer and it is the #1 cause of death in children. The Foundation partners with 23 hospitals nationwide to research trials for these children and helps fund the trials.
