Karen graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1990 with a degree in marketing. She has been an active licensed real estate agent in the community since 1991. Karen assists Martha in all phases of the buying and selling process. As one of the Buyer Specialists for Martha?s team, Karen devotes much time and energy helping clients fulfill their real estate needs. Karen is also an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). Staging is a process of preparing any home for sale, regardless of price or location. This unique system has proven to help sell homes faster and for more money.

 Brigett is a Buyers Specialist and brings to the group a great deal of experience in dealing with people and a strong familiarity with all of Pinellas County, gained during the 13 years she worked in our local 911 center and the 32 years she has lived in the area.  She also brings a great deal of expertise in the technology field, which will help our buyers in their search for their perfectly matched home.

 Donna is a long time resident of Belleair and brings a great deal of knowledge to the area.  A graduate of University of Tennessee, she has worked in the area for 36 years as a dental hygienist.  She has most recently served as Saffing Director for Easy Living, a local Home Health Agency.  Her ability to deal with people will help Buyers smoothly through what could be a stressful decision.

 Ginger Bennett, Listing Coordinator

Ginger joined The Thorn Collection in October of 2005. With 8 years of experience in advertising, she coordinates innovative and creative marketing strategies to find buyers in a changing market. Ginger also brings an abundance of computer programming and graphic design skills. She ensures all properties listed with The Thorn Collection stand out and that the ideas and vision of our clients are effectively communicated.

 Sandie Ramsden, Advertising Specialist

Sandie has lived in Belleair since 1978 and knows the area well. Sandie began her real estate career with Martha as a personal assistant in 1994 and ultimately obtained her real estate license. Sandie currently specializes in working with prospective buyers and showing listings available in Pinellas County. Because of her extensive background in English and advertising, Sandie also visits each new listing and composes all of the advertisements for them.
