Karen graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1990 with a degree in marketing and has been a licensed real estate agent locally since 1991. She assists Martha in all phases of the buying and selling process. As a Buyer Specialist for the Thorn Collection, Karen invests time and energy helping clients fulfill their real estate needs. Karen is also an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and does great work in "staging" or visually prepping our homes for sale, a factor which helps sell homes faster and for more money.

Cheri joined The Thorn Collection in 2011. She brings to the organization over 20 years of extensive real estate experience. Her past experience in bookkeeping and property management makes her a great asset to the organization. She is responsible for making the closing process a professional, smooth and pleasurable experience for all of our clients.

Sandie Ramsden, Advertising Specialist

Sandie began her real estate career as Martha's personal assistant in 1994, and ultimately obtained her real estate license. Her specialty is working with buyers and showing listings in Pinellas County. Because of her extensive background in English and advertising, Sandie also visits each new listing and composes all of the advertisements for our properties.
