Karen graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1990 with a degree in marketing. She has been an active licensed real estate agent in the community since 1991. Karen assists Martha in all phases of the buying and selling process. As one of the Buyer Specialists for Martha’s team, Karen devotes much time and energy helping clients fulfill their real estate needs. Karen is also an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). Staging is a process of preparing any home for sale, regardless of price or location. This unique system has proven to help sell homes faster and for more money.

Meg graduated from the University of Florida in 2002 with a degree in Mathematics. Born and raised in Clearwater, Meg started working for Martha in January 2005. She brings with her the technological experience needed to keep this team in the front running of the real estate market. Meg also provides the organizational skills to make sure that all deadlines are met in the closing process.

Ginger joined The Thorn Collection in October of 2005. With 7 years of experience in advertising, she coordinates innovative and creative marketing strategies to find buyers in a changing market. She also brings plenty of computer and web experience to make sure all listings stand out.

Sandie Ramsden Advertising Specialist

Sandie has lived in Belleair since 1978 and knows the area well. Sandie began her real estate career with Martha as a personal assistant in 1994 and ultimately obtained her real estate license. Sandie currently specializes in working with prospective buyers and showing listings available in Pinellas County. Because of her extensive background in English and advertising, Sandie also visits each new listing and composes all of the advertisements for them.
